Free Windows Defragmentation Tools

Experiencing slowness when opening some document files after some time ? does not perform fast when it was like first time ? General Windows - How To Use Command To Ping

First, you must understand what is ping all about. Whenever there is ping going on, there must be an echo back. The concept of ping works like submarine sonar which send a pulse signal and feed back by echo to determine the current depth of the submarine. In technology usage wise, either any operating system, linux, IOS, Android etc can use ping to determine the current status (dead or alive) of another devices or the distant between one device and another device. If you receive no respond at all (not request time out) means the devices / websites etc are non-existent but if you receive request timed out, means either your devices are malfunction/off or the website is down. For website, sometime you will receive request timed out but it does resolve to IP address means the website is up and running and does not allow to be ping. Below is a few simple steps how to use windows command to ping (applicable on Windows Xp/Vista/7/8 , Server 2000/2003/2008/2008R2/2012)

Astro On The Go (Media Broadcasting)

Astro On The Go can be downloaded free from Apple Apps Store. Required at least IOS 6 in order to install. Works well on other tablets, smart phones and can watch on computers as well. Tried on ASUS HD Tab and seems does not support it and not sure about the rest. Live channels are depends on your Astro subscription packages. You does not need to pay the Astro On The Go subscription if your super-pack package subscriber with HD Beyond. Below is some of the content screenshot taken on Ipad. A conversation with one of the 2011 TOYM finalist

Just had a good conversation via web with one of the TOYM (Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian) finalist for the year of 2011 under entrepreneur & leadership category. Indeed is rare opportunity and hard to get in touch with and this phrase is a must share

Understand that your staff are the people who dedicate their time everyday towards ensuring the stability and growth of the company. They deserve your absolute respect. Your staff are one of the most important assets of your company and is one of the BIGGEST reasons for your success or failure.."

Mention after one the case scenario when one of the staff mistakenly bill wrong currency to the customer and was almost facing legal charge when it was solved by the owner company calmly without asking the staff who made mistake to compensate. Surprisingly, did not scold / yell or issue warning to the staff. And now the staff is holding one of the highest position in the company.

For your info, the owner is one of the richest in SEA (south east asia) at the age of 26 year old. One of the good advise "...those who never face life difficulties / hardships from young will never know what is success mean to them..."
